Measurement Instructions: For inside mounting, blackout cell blinds require a minimum 2" window frame depth, with shades 1/2" narrower than window width. Windows should have blinds that are 2 inches longer than the window length. For outside mounting, cellular shades need to be 4 inches wider and longer than the window width and length for better coverage.
